Nature and Scope :
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
Under the guidance of the Head Coach the Swim Team Assistant Coach is responsible to support the implementation of the Competitive and / or Recreational Swimming Program following the YMCA Philosophy, Aquatic Guidelines, and the YMCA Competitive Sports Guidelines.
The Assistant Coach will be helping to implement instruction to swimmers throughout the swim season and during swim clinic.

walk and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
