POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the work of the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, a leading philanthropic organization committed to strengthening the foundations of our communities. The Youth Development Lead stewards the Y’s cause and advocates for the Y’s mission and strategic plan, promoting and protecting the brand and reputation as a global, inclusive organization. The Youth Development Lead supports the operations of the Youth Development programs at the Sherwood Regional Family YMCA and participates in financial, volunteer and staff development.

OVERALL IMPACT
The Youth Development Lead is a key staff member in promoting and effectively achieving the Y’s overall mission and organizational goals. Successful completion of the afore-mentioned duties and responsibilities will have a significant impact on the overall growth of the association and advancement of the Y’s Strategic Plan.
