Come join our team. We currently have a position open for an Intake Specialist.

JOB DUTIES:
- Corresponding with potential clients and screening their calls
- Sending letters of representation to insurance companies
- Coordinating sign-ups of new clients
- Inputting new client information into database
- Coordinating with attorneys to make decisions on prospective cases
- Translating for the attorney in meetings/calls with Spanish-speaking clients
- Scheduling meetings/conference calls for the attorneys

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual (Fluent Spanish)
- Full-Time
- Well organized
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient in basic computer programs (ie: Email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude/Team player
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Good follow through on tasks
