JOB SUMMARY:
REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL MACHINES IN DEPARTMENT IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. REPAIRS INVOLVE
MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, AND PNEUMATIC TROUBLESHOOTING. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS ALL MECHANICAL &
ELECTRICAL CLASSES ASSIGNED.
JOB DUTIES:
| 1. REPAIR MACHINES ON A DAILY BASIS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND OPERATE MACHINES WHEN |
| NECESSARY. |
| 2. PERFORM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AT REGULAR SCHEDULED INTERVALS AS |
| INSTRUCTED BY DEPARTMENT ENGINEER. |
| 3. USE HAND TOOLS, POWER TOOLS, MEASURING GAUGES, AND ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. |
| MUST BE ABLE TO READ BLUEPRINTS. |
4. MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REPAIRING MACHINES IN AN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENT. |
| 5. MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE FORKLIFT. |
| 6. KEEP WORK AREA CLEAN, AND KEEP TOOLS IN ORDERLY MANNER. |
| 7. ASSIST ENGINEER IN ANALYSIS, MACHINE MAINTENANCE, MACHINE EFFICIENCY, AND PARTS |
| CONTROL. |
| 8. PERFORM OTHER RELATED WORK AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY MANAGEMENT. |
