Summary:

This position will maintain inventory control accuracy/cycle counts of specialized equipment parts, instrumentation & general service repair items within all Maintenance Parts areas within the Dublin Manufacturing facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Control parts inventory accuracy.
  • Print daily cycle counts
  • Perform daily cycle counts
  • Update inventory adjustments in the system
• Ensure that all parts, shelves and locations are organized, labeled and neat in all storage areas
  • Maintenance Parts room
  • Anodizing Department (1st, 3rd and 4th Floors)
  • Paint Department
  • Extrusion Department (Press 1, 2 and 3)
  • Thermal Department
• Receive and stock parts by Department and process section.
• Maintain 5S standards in all parts areas.
• Perform local pickup and delivery of steel pipe, electrical materials, machine shop supplies and other materials as needed.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have a background in a parts, storeroom or in an inventory support role
• Must have a good working knowledge and Microsoft Word and Excel

Certificates and Licenses:

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift experience preferred
