General Managers are responsible for but not limited to:

1. Setting high energy and welcoming working environment.

2. Providing hospitality & customer service to all guests.

3. Hire for fit, train for skill & mentor for growth for team members.

4. Creating Schedule

5. Controlling Food Cost & Labor Cost.

6. Ordering/ Shopping for inventory

7. Payroll & Reporting

8. Meating Benchmarks and Deadlines.

9. Must lead by example and demonstrate punctuality, reliability, integrity and sense of urgency.

Pay: From $69,000.00 per year
