Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Barista/Ambassador. As an Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring a positive experience at our establishment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude

- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations

- Operate the POS system to process transactions accurately

- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures

- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and workstations

- Help with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

- Promote sales by upselling menu items and offering special promotions

Skills:

- Bilingual English/Spanish Required

- Experience with POS systems, preferably Square POS

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order processing and cash handling

- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety guidelines

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
