The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing educational events that enhance our customer’s experience and contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Events Planning and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate and execute educational events within the retail space
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event logistics
Content Development:
- Work closely with subject matter experts to develop educational content relevant to our industry and products.
- Ensure that educational materials align with the brand and engage our target audience.
Attendee Engagement:
- Implement strategies to maximize attendee engagement during educational events.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
Logistics Management:
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and materials production.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Promotion and Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote educational events through various channels.
- Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing methods to reach target audiences.
Post-Event Evaluation:
- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate the success of educational events.
- Provide recommendations for improvement and future event planning.
Collaboration with Educational Partners:
- Build and maintain relationships with educational partners, schools, and institutions.
- Explore opportunities for collaborative initiatives to enhance our educational offerings.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of event planning and execution.
- Generate post-event reports highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Schedule:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Education or a related field
- Proven experience in event coordination and educational program planning
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate educational events concepts.
- Familiarity with the retail industry and understanding of customer engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event software
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for education and commitment to delivering high quality events.
Schedule:
Full Time Position: Monday to Friday (Weekend Availability for events is required)
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $45,000.00
