Position: Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator & Health Encourager

What characteristics, skills, and qualities are we looking for?

-A love for people and a passion to help, encourage, and see others succeed.

-Must be genuine. You can’t fake joy and cheer over an extended period of time. It must come from the heart.

-Positive, outgoing, and a love for talking to people - both in person and on the phone. Please do not apply if talking to people ALL day drains you. We are looking for someone who gets filled and fueled by it!!

-Excellent customer service and communication skills in english and spanish.

-Passionate about problem-solving and improving patient experiences.

What you’ll do in this role:

-Equip patients with natural health knowledge through in-office conversations, engagement in events, online videos, articles, and/or existing resources.

-Greet every person by name. We know names because we care.

-Decrease missed visits through patient conversations both in office and phone calls.

-Analyze patient progress evaluations and prepare for doctors.

-Support and assist with patient therapies.

-Enhance Patient Satisfaction - help develop streamlined processes to maximize customer satisfaction, monitor customer outcomes, and identify areas needing improvement.

-Must be able to work until 7pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

-No Fridays

-Must be able to work 1 Saturday mornings a month. (8AM-11AM)
