Responsibilities for this position include assisting in managing projects from pre-construction to closeouts including working with the management of the bid process, analyze drawings, specifications, review proposals, project requirements, coordinate material procurement, ensure compliance with corporate policies and federal and state laws, provide status updates, and maintain documentation records. Responsibilities include material requisition, submittal compilation, purchase orders, subcontracts, change order requests for information, pay application support and close-out documents.
Service Coordinator - Assist with scheduling service work, entering work orders, reviewing invoices, enter billing information, call clients regarding unpaid invoices, material requisition, assist with scheduling the service manpower, answering the phone, inventory management and other miscellaneous duties.
