For over 30 years, Yellow Springs Veterinary Clinic has been providing top notch veterinary care to cats and dogs in Frederick and the surrounding areas. To ensure our patients receive only the best care possible, we work diligently to maintain our status as an AAHA-accredited animal hospital - an accreditation we've held since 2002. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we worked incredibly hard to serve our patients and our clients, earning us the title of Best of Frederick. With our continued growth, we are looking for another Veterinary Technician to join our team!

Job Description:

This is a full-time position that will include some evening hours and Saturday hours. We are looking for someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and work well on a team. Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Client education, maintaining medical charts, blood draws, administering medications and injections, performing radiographs, placing IV catheters, surgical prep and anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, filling prescription requests, holding and restraining, facility maintenance and safety, diagnostics, and laboratory procedures. Must be an efficient, punctual worker, 

Have compassion for our patients and clients, and have excellent communication skills.
