If so, as a Follow Up Specialist (FUS) at Yellow Card Properties, you will be given the freedom to achieve your goals without being stifled or delayed by corporate bureaucracy.

Pay range based on hitting minimum expectations is $45,000-$65,000/Y. Pay starts off at $24,000/y Base pay Commission, This is a W-2 position not 1099.

This is not a Real Estate Agent position. The role of a FUS is to call leads in our system, run them through a qualification process and then transfer to a closer who’s objective is to get the home under contract with a purchase and sale agreement. We are the buyer.

We are averaging 12 deals a month. We also have a rental portfolio of over 60 homes, the company is barely 3 years old. We are going to the moon, if you want to be a part of a team of winners come on.

Friday - 9-5 (Lunch 12-1)

1st and 3rd Saturday - 9am-1pm our team works from home and we will invest into you having dual screens at home as well

Important: The work schedule is not flexible, we are a team and as a team we have to commit to working together with no special exceptions.
