Job Summary:

Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers. Serves drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order. Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure their safety
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably as a bartender
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in bartending techniques and knowledgeable about various drink recipes
- Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for accurately calculating bills and making change
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
