ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Responsible for receiving payment from food/beverage customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
2. Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of the company.
3. Answers any customer's questions and directs concerns to appropriate management.
4. Advise customers of waiting times and recommend beverage outlets to customers.
5. Assists in maintaining standards of health, safety, and sanitation.
6. Participates as a team member with Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent standards of Customer Service.
7. Prepares and finishes up "take out" orders for employees or regular customers. Will prepare and add condiments to orders and beverages.
8. Other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Director and/or CEO.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Ability to read and apprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers. To multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to preform these operations using units of American money.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Bi-lingual English/ Spanish preferred. Must be culturally sensitive to minority population especially Native Americans; must be able to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and criminal history background check. Previous cashier experience preferred. Must be able to obtain a Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment or present upon hire.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While preforming the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use good manual and finger dexterity, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to lift 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include; close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
