We are looking for assistant managers to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities

• Follow opening procedures accurately
• Stay engaged throughout shift, maintaining food quality, and restocking.
• Follow opening/closing procedures accurately
• Maintain a clean, professional environment

Qualifications

• Restaurant/customer service experience preferred
• The Manager is responsible for managing the operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances
• Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, and establishing performance expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
