Role Overview:
YLSLG seeks an associate attorney who shares the passion for real estate law. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in litigation and/or real estate transactional work and impeccable writing and research skills. Billing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle real estate matters with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our experienced legal team on complex projects.
- Provide exceptional legal counsel to YLSLG’s diverse clientele.
- Meet client and court expectations and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law with a law firm in Indiana.
- Strongly Preferred: At least two years of litigation and/or real estate transactional experience.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage diverse caseload effectively.
Notable Projects:
YLSLG has contributed to several significant public improvement projects as part of internationally award-winning land acquisition teams. These include the largest bridge project and five sections of the largest new-terrain highway project in the United States.
