Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join our team. As the Concession Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Concession, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Train and supervise Concession staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Create and update drink menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality beverages
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food service for events or special promotions
- Utilize Toast POS system to process transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concession Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of beverage trends, mixology techniques, and drink recipes
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth
- Experience in catering or event planning is a plus
- Proficient in retail math calculations for inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards
- Familiarity with cash register operations and cash handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
