ob SummaryT

he Aspire Business Analyst position will be hands-on, operations, and data focused. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day training and system management of Aspire. This role will work closely with Account Managers, Branch and Regional Managers to ensure appropriate procedures are developed, implemented, and followed to create maximum efficiency and receive correct, timely and accurate reporting so that appropriate real-time business decisions can be made at all levels of the company.

esponsibilitiesA

• djust pricing structure in Aspire to ensure proposals for each location are going out with the correct labor rate, gross margin requirements and in a professional manner.A
• ssist in developing standard operating procedures with current systems to support the growth of the business organically and through acquisitions.L
• ead training efforts for new and existing employees using Aspire.U
• pdate and input users in Aspire.R
• esponsible for continuous education of Aspire and staying up to date on new features, system updates, modules, and policies.M
• aintain the integrity of Aspire by ensuring procedures and processes are being adhered to as well as being documented accordingly.L
• ead initiatives to enhance all functions of Aspire.T
  • rack indirect costs, equipment module and route optimization features.I
  • dentify training needs and present resolution upline.W
  • ork with Aspire to correct system issues as they arise.M
• aintain system data and ensure the protection of the data.M
• onitor the health and usage of the system on a regular basis.M
• aintaining service and item catalogs on a monthly basis.

equired Education and ExperienceH

• ighschool Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferredE
• xperience with implementation and training employeesP
• roven track record delivering projects on time and on budget while achieving performance milestonesP
• roficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and other M365 productsE
• xperience with sorting and manipulating data in excel and other programsE
xperience with CRM and ERP software

his position is predominantly in an office setting. Fieldwork, while atypical, may be required at times.

ut-of-town travel to other branches, industry conferences, training seminars will be expected. The Systems Implementation and Training Leader will approve travel for this role.
