Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of all individuals on site
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify any suspicious activities or potential threats
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and ensuring authorized entry
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fires, or incidents of theft or vandalism
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property

Requirements:
- Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred
- CPR certification and first aid training are required
- Strong surveillance skills with knowledge of CCTV systems
- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time
