Yarde Metals is looking for a material handler to join our Operations Team in Southington, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CTL machine to produce high-quality products. The CTL Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all products meet our quality standards.

• Operate and maintain the CTL machine
• Ensure that all products meet our quality standards
• Work closely with other team members to meet production targets
• Perform routine maintenance on the machine
• Ensure that all safety procedures are followed

• Experience as a CTL Operator
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to read, understand, and carry out work instructions in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions required.
• Must be able to read and understand basic measurement functions (ruler, caliper, etc.)
• Ability to pass a human performance evaluation to meet physical requirements of the job (lifting up to 70 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.)
