About the role :
Due to rapid growth, were looking for smart, motivated, punctual, and hard-working individuals to join our warehouse team. Warehouse Associate responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
As a Warehouse Associate, youve got to:
* Pick/Prep daily orders for the following: Local Deliveries, Customer Pickup, LTL Deliveries
* Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies
* Maintain basic warehouse organization and cleanliness
* Examine incoming/outgoing product for defects/damages
* Unload containers and appropriately sort and store products
* Assist customers in loading product onto their vehicles/trailers
* Use a combination of pallet jacks and hand trucks to move and store inventory throughout the warehouse
* Abide by all company safety procedures, rules, and regulations
* Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

* Proven warehouse experience; Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
* Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills
* Dependable and reliable
* Ability to operate pallet jacks, platform trucks, and other necessary warehouse equipment
Physical and Misc., Demands:
* Ability to stay on feet for the entirety of shift
* Regularly lift and/or move objects up to 75 lbs.
* Assist on team lift of boxes ranging from 200-300lbs
* Must be able to work weekends and long hours during the summer
