Yard Truck Specialists is a proud member of the H&K Equipment Group which is comprised of five separate operating companies located throughout the mid-Atlantic with locations in Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Baltimore, Harrisburg, Allentown, Philadelphia, Syracuse, and New England. We proudly employ over 350 people.We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to add to our team whose primary responsibility will be to run a busy parts department in a variety of tasks at our Bensalem, PA location. Previous experience in a parts department, including work as an Assistant Parts Manager, in a heavy equipment or truck parts environment is preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locate, order, and provide correct parts, accessories and merchandise while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Pricing parts to maintain profitability
- Collaborating with service manager to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
- Maintaining an effective parts catalog system
- Managing warranty claims on parts
- Hiring, supervising, and training parts department
- Customer service-driven attitude
- Strong customer service and phone skills a must
- Ability to multi-task accordingly
- Solid negotiating capabilities and follow-up skills
- Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Results driven
