MAINTENANCE CREW LEADER ROLE -

The Maintenance Crew Leader is adept at trimming/pruning/mulching commercial properties, and is responsible for both the quality and efficiency of their crew. This position is responsible for creating a seamless customer experience by utilizing proactive communication skills and ensuring the quality of work performed meets or exceeds client expectations.

• Maintain commercial properties using trimmers, pruners, and other typical landscaping equipment.
• Manage a 3-4 person crew to ensure work is performed according to top industry standards.
• Manage crew efficiency to ensure work is performed within budgeted/contracted hours.
• Take ownership of jobs by educating yourself and crew members on all properties/routes
• Assist in onboarding and training of new hires
• Communicate with clients to ensure continuing satisfaction, and/or make adjustments as needed
• Load and unload machinery, power tools, and hand tools; hook up trailer
• Comply with the company’s safety policies and procedures
• Daily input of crew hours to assure accurate payroll
• Perform snow duties as assigned by the branch manager.

• Has 1-2 years commercial maintenance experience with a professional company!
• Has a valid driver’s license and good driving record!

• Has the ability to push, pull, lift, or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Can operate a truck and trailer.
• Is ALWAYS reliable and on-time for work so they don’t keep their crew waiting!
• Loves to work outdoors in rain, sun, or cold weather.
