Yard Market is a business-to-customer (retail), business-to-business (wholesale), nursery, lawn care, landscape, irrigation, and service company. The business was launched in 1992 and we added our first retail nursery location in 2002. Our original location is almost 9 acres of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and bulk landscaping products. In the spring of 2022 we opened our second retail location that is approximately 10 acres and includes a brand new garden center with house plants, tropicals, lawn and garden items and all of the same trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals and bulk landscaping products Omaha has grown to love.

Yard Market is looking for an experienced irrigation technician to help us manage and grow at our irrigation division. Previous irrigation or nursery experience is required. We are looking for someone that has great customer service and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently to trouble-shoot and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems.
• Efficiently manage a route of repairs and installations on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license.
• Previous experience as an irrigation technician.
• Self-starter with problem solving skills.

Compensation:

Based on experience. $18 - $26 per hour. Year long work in the field and at our two nursery locations. Medical and dental insurance available

Schedule:

• Position will require work on weekends and some holidays.
