As a Client Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for efficiently and empathetically gathering essential information to initiate the client intake process. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor will be crucial in establishing positive relationships with potential clients from the outset. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm delivers the highest level of client service and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients effectively and articulate legal concepts clearly.
• Empathy and Professionalism: Ability to approach potential clients with empathy, compassion, and a high level of professionalism.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and information gathering.
• Legal Knowledge: Basic understanding of legal concepts and terminology is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, software applications, and database systems for client intake and record-keeping purposes.
