Sales Associate, A Retail Sales Associate is responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more, as well as ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to understand and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities:

• Meet individual and company sales goals by selling products and services.
• Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships through individual engagement.
• Use various contact methods to reach customers. Including phone, chat, email, etc.
• Upsell product or service when appropriate.
• Provide customer service to clients/patients.
• Follow marketing/sales procedures laid out by Company Manager.
