Yankee Thermal Imaging is Hiring a Commercial/Industrial Insulation Estimator Near Rochester, NH

Grow branch sales and capture positive customer experiences by working with commercial customers regarding their insulation needs.
Complete onsite consultations with customers to determine needs.
Write up estimates and present them to the customer, providing customer service/follow-up throughout the sales and project process.
Track estimates and responses to ensure that customer needs are met.
Qualifications:

Must be able to read & interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Prior sales experience and an understanding of sales and marketing techniques, with the ability to pursue leads and close sales.
Comfortable communicating with customers regarding pricing, options, and change orders
Common knowledge of building materials and construction processes
Analytical organized detail orientated and customer focused.
Technologically savvy, with the ability to utilize technology to produce estimates and contracts for projects.
Possess a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift heavy items, climb into attics and crawlspaces.
Able to withstand heat, dust, and various weather and environmental conditions of a construction site
