Qualifications :

• Proven experience in retail or customer service, with a track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
• Familiarity with mattress products and industry trends, or a willingness to learn quickly through our training programs.
• Analytical ability to understand and apply sales metrics and targets to drive performance.
• Flexibility to work across multiple locations, ensuring a consistent Yankee Mattress experience.
• Must provide two references upon completion of the interview process
• Must pass a background check and drug test (excluding marijuana) as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for our employees and customers.
