Sales Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Skills:
- Retail sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in wireless or technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, is an asset
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is desirable
