Yanfeng Human Resources is Hiring a Quality Technician Near Fountain, SC

Evaluate and disposition nonconforming materials in collaboration with the Quality Engineer. 

· Complete internal process and product audits, as scheduled. · Measure components/products to verify conformance to specifications using measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, part specific gages, etc. 

· Daily report of activities; delivery of replacement parts to customer plants and perform incoming inspection, as required. Record and retain supplier issues in the company’s quality system, initiating supplier returns as required. 

· Perform other required testing procedures. 

· Support the comprehensive continuous (CI) improvement philosophy for all YFAI disciplines. Participate in CI activities (e.g., process, nonconforming material, separating and recycling of nonconforming material) and activities designed to reduce the cost of poor quality (i.e. Kaizen, cross-functional task force teams, etc.).

 · Containment and sorting activities, as applicable. 

· Communicate quality-related information to Production Supervisors, Materials personnel, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and Managers. 

· All other duties assigned. Quality System: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Quality requirements.

 · Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS): Understand, apply and meet all function related EHS requirements.

 · Product Safety: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Product Safety requirements. 

· Compliance: Understand, apply and meet all function-related Compliance requirements. 

· Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.

 · Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

 · Employee must have the ability to work additional hours and / or overtime as needed or assigned to complete job duties on time. 

· Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels.

 · Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment. 

High School Graduate or Equivalent Area of Study: General Studies *Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.
