Job Description
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools by performingthe following duties
- Directs workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment
- Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing industrial machinery
- Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts
- Modifies programming of robots and related equipment such as robot controllers and programmablecontrollers
- Studies productions schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
will also ensure compliance with Company safety rules and regulations and will offer training on a monthly basis on various safety topics
- Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job ordersto workers and assigns duties accordingly
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meetproductions schedules
Requirements :
- Experience running a Maintenance department in a manufacturing setting is required. Minimum 5 years.
- Must have strong leadership competencies.
- Bachelors degree is a plus.
