Yamhill County is Hiring a Program Supervisor - Developmental Disabilities Near McMinnville, OR

Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a Program Supervisor in Developmental Disabilities (DD). We are looking for a leader wanting to serve the community as one of two Community Developmental Disabilities Supervisors. This role will lead our in-home services team, supporting staff in their service coordination work. In this role you will provide supervision and clinical planning with Services Coordinators and other program staff to ensure client planning is in alignment with client and family needs as well as administrative rules and funding expectations. You will coordinate and/or facilitate trainings for DD staff and community partners, participate in the development of program policy, and employ and evaluate designated program staff. THIS IS A NON-BARGAINING POSITION.
This position is onsite with the flexibility for some remote work.

The Qualifications:
At least one of the following
  • Five years of experience with staff supervision.
OR
  • Five years of experience in technical or professional level staff work related to developmental disabilities services.
OR
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent course work in a field related to management such as business or public administration, or a field related to developmental disabilities services may be substituted for up to three years required experience.

  • Must meet the educational and experience requirements listed in OAR 411-320-0030(5)(A).
  • A valid license to drive in the State of Oregon and an acceptable driving record.
  • Successful complete a background check.
