Greenwich Hospital , Yale New Haven Health’s newest level III trauma program, seeks a Critical Care RN to join our administrative team as a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator (TPIC). This role involves dynamic interaction with the interprofessional team responsible for trauma care at Greenwich Hospital. The TPIC, through a comprehensive understanding of medical record review and data abstraction, is responsible for oversight of accurate data extraction and entry into the registry. Together with the manager, is responsible for the selection of appropriate diagnosis, procedure, ISS and ICD codes, as well as timely and accurate execution of clinical case review, documentation and follow-up.
