Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to assert oneself, advocate for patients and their families, work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Computer experience and knowledge of word processing and data entry systems.Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team, patients and families. Must value and execute "patient -centered model of care."
