Overview:
Yakiniq SJ which is a Korean Barbecue restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff to ensure they provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct interviews and recruit qualified candidates to build a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels are maintained
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Salary: $4,500.00 / Month (Net payment)
Incentives(20%, exceeding amount of 15% of tips from sales amount)
Work schedule: Mon, Wed, Thur: 4PM - Close (about 11PM)
Fri, Sat, Sun: 1PM - Close(about 12AM or 11PM)
Manager's schedule is not going to be fixed like above. These could be a general
schedule.
