Position Highlights:

  • $43.58-$51.91/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
  • $7,500 Sign-on bonus with your first paycheck
  • Additional pay for your bilingual skills
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • This position is eligible for loan repayment programs

As a Dental Hygienist, your tasks will include:

  • Updating patient records, conducting X-ray procedures, charting, and preparing exam tools
  • Providing periodontal care and preventive treatment, performing dental restorative procedures, performing expanded functions, and administering anesthesia
  • Educating patients on oral hygiene, assisting in infection control, and participating in dental education program development along with other assigned tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school
  • Active WA state Dental Hygiene license
  • CPR certification within 90 days of employment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (level 10 receive bilingual differential pay)
  • Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts.
  • Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures
  • Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages
  • Effective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlines
  • High level of dexterity and coordination
  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
