Description
Production Associates work as an integral part of the team to ensure that production needs are met across assembly and packaging according to their daily assignments. Production Associates will be required to take raw materials, hardware, and injection molded material and building them into finished products per the quality and safety expectations.
Production Associates should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, be willing to work individually and as part of a team. A positive attitude is a must.
Duties and responsibilities
- Make parts per quality, efficiency and safety expectations
- Identify quality control issues, and take steps to avoid quality control issues
- Identify and address safety issues
- Monitors and maintains adequate supplies in their station
- Maintains a clean work area
- Work with team leads to optimize efficiency levels
Qualifications
- Good dexterity
- Ability to work from detailed instructions and/or drawings
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Attention to quality and desire to provide excellent product to customers, internal and external
- Ability to run basic machinery and hand assemble
- Problem- solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, look ahead, and analyze data to understand connections
- Ability to lift 25 to 45 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand all day
