Medical Biller and Account Receivable Specialists

Duties:
- Review and analyze medical records and patient information to accurately assign medical codes using ICD-10 and other coding systems.
- Ensure that all medical codes are entered correctly into the billing system.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any billing discrepancies or denials.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation and coding.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Medical Biller, Account Receivalbe or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of medical billing procedures, including DRG coding.
- Proficiency in using ICD-10 and other coding systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Note: Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC) is preferred but not required.
