```Job Summary:```
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of duties to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This is a vital role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

```Duties:```
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Weld and fabricate metal structures as needed
- Maintain and repair machinery and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
- Ability to weld and fabricate metal structures
- Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects
- Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
- Experience using a CMMS is preferred
