THE ROLE :
The Pipeline Field Technician is responsible for working out in the field deploying our water pipeline assessment tools and equipment from operating pipelines at client sites.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Assess the condition of water pipelines using proprietary inspection technology and monitor pipelines for deterioration using acoustic fiber optic (AFO) networks.
Proprietary equipment includes : PipeDiver, SmartBall, PipeWalker, PipeCrawler, Sahara, and SoundPrint technologies. See YouTube for more information on these exciting products.
In all cases you must be adaptable and willing to help.
Provide feedback in the spirit of improvement, may it be related to quality of work, process efficiency or project outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS :
DAY IN THE LIFE : In this role, the working environment is generally outdoors in various weather conditions and the physical demands may include but not limited bending, lifting, carrying and prolonged standing.
Position requires up to 50% travel with stay durations of up to 2 weeks
