Xybix Ergonomic Systems Inc is Hiring an Assembler I Near Littleton, CO

Description

XYBIX SYSTEMS, a leading innovative ergonomic furniture manufacturer located in Littleton, CO is searching for an Assembler to join their existing team! We manufacture customized sit-stand furniture for 911 dispatch centers, medical centers, public utilities, security applications, call centers, work-from-home professionals, gamers, and more! All of our products have fitness, health, and comfort designed into them for people in these fields. 

If you enjoy working on a high performing team, love collaboration and a team environment – then you could be a great ‘fit’ with our company! We are hiring for an Assembler who is industrious, can learn fast, follow instructions and has a positive attitude to join our team.

We work a 4-day workweek (10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday) and then, get to enjoy a 3-day weekend!

RESPONSIBILITIES will include but not be limited to:

  • Utilize tools and instructions provided by the company to manufacture our products.
  • Use shop floor ERP system to record work performed.
  • Follow existing policies, practices and procedures to produce a great work product.
  • Learn to use ‘lean’ manufacturing techniques to ensure safety and quality.
  • Learn how to operate a variety of machinery.
  • Participate in improvement activities to ensure you succeed in your job and add value to your team!

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED). 
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required (will train for the ‘right’ person).
  • Understanding and familiarity working in the MS Office suite (Word and Outlook).
  • Self-motivated mentality and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

POSITION STATUS: Full-time, non-exempt 

 

PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

 

SHIFT: 6:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday (and then you enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
