Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Technical Lead 
Location: Albany, NY - Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Direct Client Need
ServiceNow ITSM Certification Active is a Must.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical configuration, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM. 
• Modernise and/or improve ServiceNow ITSM solutions through continuous improvement. 
• Ensure sustained service performance levels for ServiceNow ITSM solutions including responding to and resolving incidents.
• Focus primarily on ServiceNow ITSM processes and the best way to leverage the ITSM App suite to fulfill the client’s needs and support ITSM best practices.
• Responsible for working directly with clients in developing implementation strategy and overall design.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of IT experience are preferred.
• 1 to 2 years Lead experience is required for ServiceNow implementation projects.
• ServiceNow ITSM Certification Active is a Must.
• Handson experience of 4 to 7 years is required with developing the implementation. strategy and overall design of ServiceNow ITSM processes.
• Should have experience working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
