Xullu has relocated our corporate business in Orlando Florida to Scottsdale, AZ. We are seeking a professional to Create a modern interior design for our office space.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer consultant. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our staff. You will work closely with the owners to understand their vision and requirements, and then develop design concepts and plans to bring their ideas to life.
Duties:
- Collaborate with owners to determine their design preferences, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, furniture selection, lighting design, and material choices
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of design concepts
- Present design concepts to owners and make revisions based on their feedback
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects
- Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure they meet quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design techniques
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes
- Excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Familiarity with lighting design principles
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software is a plus
