We are an Automotive Parts & Lighting E-commerce Company looking for 1 candidates work at warehouse to supervise the warehouse operation.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including order processing in E-Cang system, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• FBA Shipment Management: Manage FBA shipment process, including make appointments with carriers, picking , packing, coordinate with colleagues to update the shipment status. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and stock availability to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory. Coordinate with the manager to do the inventory check and adjustment monthly.
• Shipping-In Management: Coordinate with supply chain department to receive containers. Arranging container unloading and product restock.
• Returned Product Management: Adjust inventory and manage parts replacement according to the record of returned products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• At least 1 years' proven experience in e-commerce warehouse management.
• Knowledge of logistics and inventory control principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in E-Cang is preferred.
• Bilingual is preferred – English and Mandarin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
