Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial record-keeping, utilizing software like QuickBooks, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

- Billing/ Invoicing/ Processing of daily orders

- Shipping documents

- Post AP Bills.

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records )
- Assist in account analysis and reconciliation
- Manage general ledger accounting entries
- Ensure accuracy in debits and credits

Skills:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in Quick Book accounting software
- Experience in bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and GAAP standards
- Strong 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy
- Ability to perform account reconciliation efficiently
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting practices
