Fitness Manager's role is to oversee and manage the Personal Training Department.
In this role the employee will be held accountable to hitting both personal and club production goals as well as managing KPIs.
Responsible for:
Club and Personal Sales Goals
Hiring / Training and Developing New Staff
Asset Management and Overall Club Cleanliness
Managing Program Design and Client Files
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
