Group Fitness (Studio, Barre, Cycle, Yoga) Instructor

Job Description:

As a Group Fitness Instructor at XSport, you are responsible for growing our community by delivering exceptional class experiences. With formats ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, Aqua, Barre, HIIT, Dance, and more, you will have the ability to teach a format that highlights your authentic self.

Instructor Responsibilities:

• Deliver fun, educational, and motivating classes to our members
• Provide modifications of exercise in class to create a welcoming environment.
• Promptly start class on time and end class on time.
• Minimally request subs for classes
• Reset studio space after each Group Fitness class
• Communicate with management on Group Fitness operational and member feedback
• Eager to learn and grow

Instructor Requirements:

• Current Group Fitness Certification (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, AEA), Personal Training Certification, or a degree in a related field.
• Current CPR/AED Certification
• 1 or more years of group fitness instructor work experience is preferred
• Ability to perform the exercises in the group fitness class format.
• Promotes XSport products, programs, and services.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
