Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The Assistant General Manager will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and running a sales department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in the Gym, Fitness, Health or Sales industry who are looking to grow.

Duties:

- Sales

-Telemarketing/ Prospecting
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the establishment's operations
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities, including staff, quotas, and shift management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve overall profitability
- Collaborate with staff to ensure sales duties, cleanliness, and customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment/Asset

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Fitness, Sales, or Gym industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
