Front Desk Agent

XSport Fitness Downers Grove North is a provider of a safe, clean, friendly environment to come and workout and enjoy fitness with many different people. We aim to ensure quality back to our customers and ensure that the customer or client leave satisfied!

• Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience:
Previous customer service experience in sales/front desk always preferred

• Experience working with team in a fast paced environment preferred
• Experience as a cashier,server, or front desk associate, preferred

Education:
High School Diploma, or equivalent, required; college degree preferred. High attention to detail required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greets customers in a courteous manner. Answers customer questions and provides information on XSport Fitness Downers Grove North products.

• Collects payments; processes cash, credit cards, checks, and money orders in a timely manner.
• Maintains cleanliness of front desk area, including but not limited to desk area, break rooms, restrooms, etc. by keeping them stocked, neat and clean.
• Completes daily maintenance check (cleaning windows, floors, etc.)and reports any issues to appropriate department manager.

The Job location is for The Downers Grove North Xsport located off 3200 Finley Rd.

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
