As a Senior QA Engineer, You Will:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
• Manage test environments and data, ensuring consistency and reliability across different testing phases.
• Design and implement automated testing pipelines using industry-leading QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Utilize version control systems to maintain test scripts and test data, ensuring traceability and reproducibility.
• Implement best practices for test automation, including test data management, parameterization, and test result reporting.
• Perform manual testing as needed, including exploratory testing, to identify edge cases and validate user workflows.
• Lead efforts to identify and prioritize test cases based on risk analysis and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization in the QA lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in QA automation, incorporating new tools and techniques as appropriate

To Be Successful, You Need:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• US citizenship required.
• 5 years of experience in system testing, both frontend and backend testing, including manual testing of software functionality.
• Proficiency in test case development, including creating comprehensive test suites to validate software requirements and user workflows.
• Ability to thrive in an Agile environment, working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in testing Angular applications, API services, and SQL Server databases to ensure software functionality and data integrity.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test management, issue tracking, and CI/CD integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with exceptional presentation expertise.
• Some experience with automation testing using Selenium or similar tools to streamline regression testing and enhance test coverage.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into test cases and scripts.
• Solid understanding of different testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, integration, performance) and the ability to execute testing at all development lifecycle phases.
